The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) will join FIFA 23, Electronic Arts made an official announcement on Monday. It was noted that the NWSL 12 teams will be in the game and will be able to play in-game next March 15 with the help of a licensing partnership between the league and his NWSL Players Association.
The league’s 12 teams and the female athletes playing on those rosters will continue to be part of the franchise, including a foreseeable rebranding to EA Sports FC later this year. As of March 15th, all teams will be able to play in Kickoff game and tournament modes, friendly, and online seasons.
