WhatsApp is reportedly working on a new feature that will give users haptic feedback while using emojis in the app to react to text. You can feel the sense of touch. This new feature WhatsApp’s existing features could help make it more user-friendly.

WABetaInfo reports that the feature is rolling out to some beta testers after installing the latest beta update from the Google Play store. Updated with version 2.23.3.3. is being rolled out through the Google Play beta program.
It is useful for users because it reacts interactively to provide a more tactile experience. moreover,
Haptic feedback lets users know that a tap has been registered correctly and helps visually impaired users understand that they have successfully responded to the message. This feature will be rolled out gradually over the next few days.

WhatsApp voice memo for status
WhatsApp is also currently testing the ability to share voice memos via status updates.

WhatsApp is rolling out a new update (version 23.2.0.70) through its TestFlight beta program, according to a report by WAbetaInfo. This update added the aforementioned functionality to some selected beta testers and is reportedly rolled out to some beta testers. WhatsApp users who cannot share voice memos via status will have to wait for a future update of the app.

WhatsApp allows normal voice recording functionality on its platform, with the ability to pause and resume recordings as well.The recording time limit is still set at 30 seconds.

The report goes on to say that WhatsApp Beta for iOS users running the latest version will be able to share voice memos as status updates. As mentioned above, the functions are placed inside the text status section.

Like images and videos, voice notes shared via status automatically expire after 24 hours, but can be deleted at any time.

The report also adds that users will need to update their WhatsApp app to hear voice notes posted as statuses.

In what can be seen as a push to the Metaverse project, Facebook’s parent Meta is now bringing avatars to Instagram in a new way. You can now use it as your Instagram profile picture along with the actual image. It’s worth noting that the company launched Avatars on Instagram last February and launched Avatars on WhatsApp last month. People can use these avatars as their WhatsApp display images or stickers.
