We have our first look at the OnePlus Nord Keyboard


Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has broken news that it is working on its first mechanical keyboard.This is very off-brand for the company, but none of us are complaining. Now, thanks to MySmartPrice, we now know the visuals and name of the upcoming keyboard: OnePlus Nord Keyboard

In case you didn’t know, OnePlus has launched a partnership program called “OnePlus Features”. Under this program, the company will partner with various third-party companies to develop a range of devices far removed from his typical OnePlus ecosystem. The first product in this program is a mechanical keyboard.

We know what the OnePlus Nord keyboard looks like

First and foremost, we officially have a name. It came as a bit of a surprise to learn that this is under the Nord line of other devices from the company, and recently OnePlus has been eyeing his Nord line of products.

This latest leak has given us the first real visuals of the keyboard, which is a bit surprising.Based on the promotional materials we’ve seen from OnePlus, the keyboard appears to have a silvery metallic color. However, it looks like the keyboard will be turquoise based on live images leaked from the source.

The keyboard chassis and most of the keys share the same blue color. The only exception is that the Escape key has a reddish color. In the lower left corner you will see the OnePlus Nord branding. Another feature of this keyboard is the encoder knob on the top right.

What are the rumored specs?

The OnePlus Nord keyboard uses switches and keys developed by Keychron. Also, both are interchangeable. This means that different colored keys can be interchanged. Also, different colors are expected to be available at launch.

price and launch

We don’t know the exact release date for this keyboard, but we do know that OnePlus plans to launch it sometime in February. However, it is expected to launch at the same time as the OnePlus 11 5G.

As for the price, according to sources, the keyboard could cost from RS 8,000 to RS 10,000 Indian Rupees. This translates from approximately $96.85 to $121.06.
