There’s one Apple Silicon Mac that you should avoid

There is one Apple Silicon Mac you should avoid buying right now because of its price and features. A makeshift 13-inch M2 MacBook Pro.

Apple’s 13-inch M2 MacBook Pro to debut in June 2022

9to5Mac Chance Mirror:

There’s one MacBook no one should buy. That’s the 13-inch MacBook Pro.

It’s the exact same MacBook Pro that Apple has been selling for years, just with the M2 chip. It features the design of the previous generation, the same Touch Bar, the same two he USB-C ports, and the same limitations.

Seeing how close the M2 MacBook Pro is to the M1 MacBook Air and M2 MacBook Air is even more confusing, both in terms of price and features.

The M2 MacBook Air has some advantages over the M2 MacBook Pro in particular. It gets an extra port thanks to a MagSafe charging connector, the webcam is 1080p versus 720p on his MacBook Pro, and the speaker system is stronger. The display is also slightly larger, Apple dubbing it the “Liquid Retina Display.”

Again, remember that the M2-equipped MacBook Air is $100 cheaper than the M2 MacBook Pro.
