Gaijin Entertainment and Darkflow Software have announced the worldwide release of CRSED: Cuisine Royale for Android devices. The game is a “console-grade” mobile version of the online shooter CRSED: FOAD, available for free with optional cosmetic purchases.
CRSED: Cuisine Royale features a unique cast of playable champions with supernatural talents such as time manipulation and beast transformation. Players wield realistic ranged and melee weapons to battle other players in battle royale fashion, collecting the souls of fallen enemies to cast mystical spells, summon zombies, and set traps. You can In a quirky way, the CRSED IP takes an unconventional approach with ideas so outlandish that the developer wanted to bring that uniqueness to his devices, mobile everywhere.
The portable version uses its own Dagor engine which is used to stabilize performance on each platform. The developer previously ported his mobile iteration to the Nintendo Switch to “make it look as good as possible.” This will provide “console-level graphics” for CRSED: Cuisine Royale.
The game is free, but players can purchase cosmetics and other content within the game. The developer states that these purchases will not “impact a player’s performance in combat.”
