Chetu’s Vice President of Sales, Rick Heicksen, joined Chetu in 2019 as National Account Manager and brings over 20 years of business development experience to the company. Heicksen will apply his business development expertise and industry knowledge to oversee and manage Chetu’s food and beverage, agriculture, transportation and energy and his IT service management areas.
Shak Ahmed joined the company in 2022 and has been promoted to Sales Director for Europe and Middle East. Ahmed, who brings over 16 years of business development to the team, started as his manager at Chetu’s National His Account and was quickly promoted to oversee the company’s latest international expansion. Ahmed will oversee all areas in Europe and the Middle East including IT Service Management, Energy and Transportation.
