Apple iPhone 14 Pro display: After some iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max users raised display issues last month, US-based tech giant Apple has fixed the issue of horizontal lines appearing on the display screens of the latest iPhone 14 Pro models. A new report reveals they are investigating.
The brand has confirmed that iPhone 14 Pro Max users may see a yellow blinking horizontal line on the display when turning on the device. In a new memo, the iPhone maker said his iOS update to address the issue will be released soon, he reported MacRumors.
Users of iPhone 14 Pro models may report “seeing a momentary flash of horizontal lines across the screen when turning on or unlocking the phone”. , being tested by developers and members of the public beta program, that update may not be released for at least another few weeks.
Following the release of iOS 16.2 last month, the company is expected to release iOS 16.2.1 to address issues users are experiencing and other bugs, reports say.
In related news, the US-based tech giant plans to reduce its reliance on external suppliers such as Samsung and LG for its displays. Instead, the company plans to implement the use of in-house designed panels in products such as the iPhone and Apple Watch.
