Another 2023 Samsung Galaxy A model nears launch


Samsung received Bluetooth SIG certification for the Galaxy A54 5G last week. Another model in the mid-range lineup for 2023 received the same certification. The Galaxy A34 5G joins its pricier sibling on the Bluetooth website.

As usual, the Bluetooth SIG certification doesn’t reveal much about the upcoming Samsung mid-ranger. This device is listed under model number SM-A346B. This should be the global version of the phone. The listing shows the same dual SIM support and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity as the Galaxy A54 5G. You can also see the market name of the mobile phone, such as the Galaxy A34 5G.

These two Samsung smartphones have been in the news for months now. We’ve heard that the South Korean behemoth won’t include a depth sensor in the back of its 2023 Galaxy A model, but leaked renders have been confirmed. and the likes of the Galaxy A24 feature three cameras on the back.

Camera specs are unknown, at least for the Galaxy A34 5G. The more expensive model will reportedly come with a 50MP main camera. The displays are reportedly 6.5 and 6.4 inches respectively. Samsung could launch both handsets in the first or early second quarter of next year.

These Galaxy A models top Samsung’s 2023 mid-range lineup

The Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G will be Samsung’s top two mid-range products in 2023. The Galaxy A7x lineup may be gone forever, with prices almost overlapping with the company’s Fan Edition (FE) model. The South Korean giant is understandably discontinuing the series in favor of his new FE device. The Galaxy S22 FE bridges the gap between the Galaxy A54 5G and the Galaxy S23.

If rumors pass, Samsung should launch the Galaxy S23 series in early February next year, with the Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G supposedly coming next in March. These two mid-ranges could be followed by the Galaxy S22 FE and Galaxy Tab S8 FE. Finally, Samsung plans to launch his new foldable tablet and flagship tablet in the third quarter of 2023.
